Today, we pause to remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Memorial Day is more than a long weekend, it is a day of honor, reflection, and gratitude for those who never made it home.

At The Mounted Horse Foundation, we are proud to stand in remembrance of our fallen heroes and the families who carry their legacy forward every day.

May we never forget the cost of the freedoms we enjoy.

🍀 Happy St. Patrick’s Day from the Mounted Horse Foundation! 🐴

When the Troopers hear it’s St. Patrick’s Day… apparently training turns into Irish dancing ☘️💃🐎

Fun fact 🇮🇪
Ireland has a deep-rooted connection with horses dating back centuries. The Irish Draught is a strong, steady all-purpose horse, the Irish Sport Horse is known worldwide for jumping and eventing, and the Irish Cob, with its feathered legs and flowing mane, is one of the most recognizable, and charming, of them all.

Kind of sounds like our crew… strong, steady, and occasionally a little flashy 💚

🐎 IPOF Boulder City 🚓 Join the Fun & Support a Great Cause!

Come out and support the IPOF Car Show Event in Boulder City, Nevada on March 28, 2026.

You’ll get to see police vehicles from multiple generations, meet the amazing people who serve our community, and say hello to the Troopers and Wranglers from the Boulder City Mounted Horse Foundation.

It’s a great day to bring the family, connect with the community, and support a nonprofit event helping those who serve.

🤠🐎 Huge thank you to these two awesome supporters of the Mounted Horse Foundation!

They were out this past weekend at the Las Vegas Rodeo supporting the Boulder City Rodeo Club, and we were proud to see them also representing the Mounted Horse Foundation and Boulder City.

We love seeing members of our community out there supporting local rodeo and helping share the western spirit. Thank you both for the support we appreciate you!

🎉 People's Choice Award – 2026 Chinese New Year Parade! 🐎🐉

The Mounted Horse Foundation was honored to ride alongside the incredible team at Horses4Heroes and Tilly Jenski Performance Horses during this year’s Chinese New Year Parade in the Desert, and together we were awarded the People’s Choice Award for 2026!

This recognition truly belongs to the amazing equestrians, volunteers, families, and supporters who came out to represent the equine community with pride. Seeing horses celebrated by the crowd was something special.

We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Horses4Heroes for their generosity and support. Their organization presented us with a wonderful donation, and we are incredibly grateful for their partnership and commitment to bringing horses and people together in our community.

We would also like to give special thanks to our Mounted Horse Foundation advisors and riders who proudly represented us in the parade: Scott Pastore with Bandit, Robert Dante on Loki, Rafael Sarabia on Liberty, and Doug Cannon on Freedom. All retired law enforcement and mounted unit riders. Your dedication to the horses and to our mission continues to inspire our community, and we are grateful for the time and heart you put into showing up and representing the equestrian community so well. 🐎

Events like this remind us how powerful the horse community is when we work together.

Thank you to everyone who participated, cheered us on, and helped make the day unforgettable. 🐎✨

The Mounted Horse Foundation is proud to be out and support this incredible local nonprofit event benefiting Little Lambs Childcare & Preschool right here in Boulder City.

It was such an honor to represent the Mounted Horse Foundation as we rode alongside Horses4Heroes at the CNY in the Desert parade celebrating Chinese New Year in downtown Las Vegas, celebrating the Year of the Horse. 🐴✨

There is something incredibly powerful about mounted horses moving through the heart of the city, strength, grace, loyalty, and partnership on full display. We were proud to represent Boulder City and the mission we stand for: supporting mounted horses, youth, and equine sports through community, education, and heart.

A very special thank you to Sydney Knott-Cunningham for arranging everything and for inviting us to ride alongside Horses4Heroes. Your leadership, organization, and dedication to the equestrian community made this day possible, and we are so grateful to have been included.

Thank you as well to Horses4Heroes for your continued commitment to creating opportunities through horsemanship and for welcoming us so warmly.

Today was a beautiful reminder of why we do what we do. Horses bring people together, across cities, cultures, and generations.
