The Rock Retreat

The Rock Retreat Psalm 18:1-2 The Rock Retreat is an exciting 3-day, 2-night retreat designed to help students lay a strong foundation for their college experience at App State.

Helping incoming students at App State find their people, find their place and find their purpose through a 3 day, 2 night retreat before they step foot on campus! Throughout the weekend, students will participate in inspiring worship sessions, engaging teaching, and focused breakout discussions on key topics. They will also spend time with their "family groups" for deeper community building and s

piritual growth. The retreat offers an opportunity to meet local churches and ministries at the Ministry Fair, allowing students to learn about ways to get involved. Between sessions, there’s downtime to explore Boone, enjoy recreational activities, and unwind. The second night also features a fun themed party, adding an extra element of excitement to the retreat. It’s the perfect way to start your college journey—rooted in faith and community!
