40 years ago today, the world was blessed with the life of an incredible person — our dear friend Adam. It’s hard to believe it’s been 4 years since we had to say goodbye, because the love, laughter, and kindness you gave us still feel so close.

You were one of a kind — athletic, strong, funny, and the most genuine friend anyone could ask for. Life is simply not the same without you here, but we hold onto the memories and the love you left behind.

Happy heavenly 40th birthday, buddy. We miss you more than words can say, we love you endlessly, and we carry you with us every single day. Until we meet again. ❤️

But Adam. Bro. Gosh. You are missed. 💙💛

Another year, another incredible outpouring of support. We feel so thankful and blessed to be able to honor you in such a big way year after year. From the bottom of our hearts—thank you for your generosity. Because of it, we’ll be able to bless three more deserving North County High School seniors with the Adam Howard Memorial Fund Scholarship ($2,500 each).

And one more thank you: to every single person who helped make this day possible—big or small—THANK YOU. Truly, we couldn’t do it without you.

We miss you, Adam. Yesterday was for you. May your spirit live on in every cold beer shared among friends, every late-night “remember when,” and every laugh that reminds us of you. You had a way of bringing people together—and yesterday, like always, you still did.

You were, and still are, so deeply loved.
