Sunday reset 🌿

Setting intentions for the week ahead and easing back into our rhythm over here. We’re officially back in the swing, bringing you one tool, one highlight, and something our upcoming newsletter will be sent this month too!

Take this Sunday to slow down, breathe deeply, and settle into a meaningful pause. There’s power in giving yourself space before the week begins.

May is all about fresh energy, and we’re excited to share a little inspiration along the way ✨

Happy Monday!

Do you have 2 minutes?

Just ask yourself…what is my intention today?

What would I love to create, bring or have more of?

Share one phrase or word to keep you on track today and this week!

Where you put your focus on the energy flows. The word this week is courage. Courageous to do something even when you are afraid!

🌸 Wonder Wednesday: ask yourself, “What Would I Love?”🌸

Today, let’s pause. Let’s slow down just enough to ask ourselves a simple, powerful question:

“What would I love?”

This question has the power to spark imagination, awaken dreams, and remind us of what truly matters. 💭✨

Take 5 minutes today, grab a journal, a cup of tea, or just a quiet moment and let yourself listen. Notice what comes through, without judgment or expectation.

Your dreams are waiting. Are you ready to hear them? 🌟

“What’s your intention this week? 💫

Every day, we have the chance to choose where we put our attention. We get to decide where attention goes and with that the energy flows.

Whether it’s showing up for yourself, your family, your students, or your community, small acts of love, kindness, mindfulness and service creates big ripples.

At Rise Up Roses, we believe in the power of intentional living through guiding kids, caregivers, and teachers to slow down, focus, and shine brighter.

Take a moment today to ask:
What do I want to feel this week?
How can I bring light into my world?

🌸 Your intention is a seed and when we water it with care through our actions we see transformation in our feelings, actions and results!

Let us set intentions that bring impactful change in and around us. 🌟

🌟Share your intention word this week! 🌟

Feeling rushed? Give this Tuesday tool a try. Even at a stop light or transitioning into the car with kids. This is a great way to shift your anxiety!

Okay we have all been there, flying through our days with work, kids, and all the to do’s. Yet our conditions are based on our thoughts and beliefs. If we think we are running late we will become late. We drop things, feel frantic and our energy just stinks.

When you are in the rush state you are in the fight, flight, freeze and fawn feelings and your sympathetic nervous system is on high cortisol!

Let’s pause here, take a big cleansing breath or if you have been at one of our classes choose another fun breath. Then state and believe “ I am right on time!” For extra credit massage the jaw to tell your body that you are safe and propel you back into your parasympathetic nervous system to s**t gears into rest, digest and create!

Okay give it a try! You can even do this in the car! Good luck today and know you are exactly where you need to be!

For more tools keep watching here and sign your school up for one of our professional development classes. These easy tools can be taught and implemented right now!

✨ Wonder Wednesday ✨

Pause with me. Breathe and let’s take a beat.

Before the emails.
Before the practices.
Before the reacting.
Before racing around.

Ask yourself…

Where can I give more love today?
What would I love to do today?

I’ve learned this the hard way:
When I lead from stress, I tighten.
When I lead from my heart, I soften and everything shifts.

As a mom, parent, grandparent or friend.
As a wife, husband, spouse.
As a leader.
As a teacher in the room.
As someone who is retired.
We all can love more!

Love is a regulation tool.
It steadies us.
It grounds us.
It changes the tone of our home, community and our conversations ripple.

And it doesn’t have to be big. The smallest moments are the ones that count.

Here are some ideas for you today:
• Smile at someone instead of rushing past.
• Do one good thing and don’t share about it.
• Help someone who looks overwhelmed.
• Tell someone specifically why you appreciate them.
• Hold your child a little longer.
• Pray for someone who’s heavy on your heart.

When we intentionally build love into our families, they grow.

When we build love into our community, it multiplies.

We don’t need more noise. We need more heart.

Start here with your heart overflowing. Keep going with your heart as the focus today! 🩷

Where your attention goes🧐, energy flows ⚡️!

Take a moment tonight to set your focus.
What would you love to bring into your day…your week,
…your life?

Notice where your thoughts go.
And when you drift (because we all do), take a breath and gently come back.

✨ What is your intention this week?

Share below and tag a teacher friend 💛

We are booking our R3 Professional Development Program for this school year and 2026–2027 with a focus on self-regulation tools for educators.

Let’s bring more calm.
More peace.
More love.

Let’s be the change we wish to see in the world.

Again, what would you love to bring into your world today? This week? This month?
