Once they have all of the item or items donated in their warehouse that you requested, they will deliver and their deliveryman will bring them to your residence. They will tell you what day and time they are delivering the items beforehand. Since these items aredonated, free, and these are volunteers at a church, its respectful and courteous of those receiving donations to be home during those hours we hen they may arrive. If you happen to forget or something comes up before the delivery date you may reschedule, but if you are not home when they deliver, you lose those items and they go back to the warehouse. - They provide general counseling, CBRS, CM, and other mental health services as well. However, in extreme cases, you may apply for a "one loan per individual in a lifetime loan" for emergencies such as repairs on vehicles that are needed because it's your only vehicle, downpayment/deposit on a apartment, etc. You must submit application with any other required documents first (bank statements, proof ofincome, tax returns, etc). Then you will have an interview, and will discuss your situation and they will decide on why and what amount of loan you may be eligible for based on th er ir determination. The process can take a few weeks so if your needing money for rent, etc.- you may still use this resource, but I suggest maybe save it for something else, and look under the section (Housing) in this guide, where you can get rent assistance quicker so you aren't evicted and use this for a big need.
