A friendly reminder from your neighbors: please pick up after your dog 🐶💩

We’ve been seeing more of this become an issue at Monroe Elementary—especially around the public walking track behind the field.

Keeping the Depot Bench clean is a community effort, and small actions like this go a long way. It makes a difference for everyone—especially for the kids who end up tracking it into school on their shoes and clothes.

Let’s all do our part to take care of the neighborhood we call home 🤝

Greenscapes Boutique is your local one stop plant shop! With a huge selection of tropical house plants, decorative pots, plant accessories, and plant care items, this place has it all. The second you walk in, you'll want to stay for hours.🍀

It's spots like these that give the Bench its character, and why choosing to support local makes such a big impact.💚

Go check it out... just don't be surprised when you leave with a few extra plants!🌱

🐝🌼 Ever wondered what really goes on inside a beehive?

Join Brooklin Gore in his backyard apiary for a hands-on, one-hour intro to the fascinating world of beekeeping. Learn about the vital role honey bees and other pollinators play in our environment and food chain, explore the basic biology of a hive (including the three types of bees), and get up close with real beekeeping equipment used to “work” a hive.

We’ll cover:
🍯 Seasonal activities of a beekeeper
🕯 Hive products like honey & beeswax
🦠 Common pests (including the Varroa Destructor mite)
🌸 Easy, affordable ways to create a pollinator-friendly yard

Spots are limited to 20 guests for the best experience — first come, first served. +1s are welcome (just include them in your RSVP).

Children 6+ must be accompanied by an adult. No children under 6. We will be around live bees — if you have a known allergy, please come prepared (Epipen, etc.).
