We’re so grateful to Albi Zogaj for sharing his entrepreneurial journey with us! 💚
Albi is building Sunny's All-Day Brunch & Bar right here in Boerne as part of the Das GreenHaus incubator. In just ONE year, he’s expanded to a second location AND has an ambitious goal of opening 8–10 new locations each year until he reaches 100! 🚀
But what made his story so inspiring wasn’t just the growth. It was the mindset behind it.
A few things that really stuck with us:
💡 “Ask for advice. Listen to the advice. But DON’T listen blindly. Take it and make it your own.”
📊 “Collect data, then use it to take action and improve your practices.”
Albi also credits much of his success to the team he has brought on, built up, and invested in. When he talked about hiring, he said he looks for people with "good character, kindness, respect, and humility" because those are qualities his parents consistently reminded him "cannot be taught."
And honestly, that humility came through in everything he shared. He’s building something remarkable, but was quick to recognize the people who have helped him get there. That says a lot about the kind of leader he is.
His message to other early-stage entrepreneurs:
Failure is NOT as bad as it seems. Every failure he’s experienced has taught him something, made him stronger, and helped him grow as a leader.
We absolutely love having Albi as part of the Das GreenHaus community and are so proud to watch him continue to build.
