Our play "You Can't Take It With You" is coming up fast, and we're looking for some final props and set pieces! We'd love to borrow them if you're willing to part with them for a few weeks! Being lightweight would be a major pro here.
-small chaise lounge or love seat (4 feet long MAX)
-old looking briefcase
-tall/large garden decorations (statues, bird fountain, old wagon, flower planter, etc)
-6-10 feet of picket fencing
-old looking garden bench
-real-looking fake food (tomatoes, watermelon, etc)
-tall wooden bookshelf

We are very grateful to be a recipient of a ChangeX grant from Amazon! The luncheon yesterday was a lot of fun, and we got share about our show and hear from a lot of the recipients about their projects.

This Grant has made it possible to put on “You Can’t Take it With You” which we hope everyone will come see on August 21 and 22nd!

The Hermiston Parks & Recreation Children's Theatre Program is making a splash this summer with Finding Nemo JR.!

If your child loves to sing, act, dance, or just wants to try something new, this is the perfect opportunity. Participants will spend two weeks learning, rehearsing, building confidence, making friends, and bringing an exciting musical to life on stage.

📅 Auditions: July 24 | 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
🎬 Rehearsals: July 27–August 7
🎭 Performances: August 6 & 7

No previous theatre experience is required—everyone is welcome!
