🐱 JULY SPAY/NEUTER VOUCHERS NOW AVAILABLE! 🐱
“Fix one today, prevent hundreds tomorrow!”
Katie’s Heart Animal Services is excited to offer LOW-COST spay/neuter vouchers for cats through funding provided by the WV Department of Agriculture/WVSNP Program.
📍 Who Can Apply?
Residents of Mercer, McDowell, and Wyoming Counties.
🐾 Voucher Details
✅ Cats only for the July trip
✅ 8 female spots available
✅ 8 male spots available
✅ $25 non-refundable deposit required
✅ Voucher will not be assigned until payment is received
✅ Grant covers spay/neuter surgery, rabies vaccine, pain medication, and ear tip
✅ Any additional services are the responsibility of the pet owner
🚐 Transportation Provided
A Katie’s Heart volunteer will transport all animals to Fix’Em Clinic in Charleston on July 9, 2026. Participants will be given a meeting location and time. Animals will be returned the same evening to the same location.
⚠️ IMPORTANT
If you are a no-show, you will forfeit your voucher and your spot will be given to the next applicant on the waiting list.

🐶 Have a dog that needs fixed?
Applications for dog vouchers will be accepted for August and September appointments.
Together we can reduce pet overpopulation, prevent unwanted litters, and improve the health of our community animals.
