Deputies Norville and Zehr have returned to the hallways of Tri-Valley and Olympia schools for another school year with students and staff. 💛🩵
We know parents are excited to share their back-to-school pictures on social media (and we love to see them), but before you post those online, now and throughout the school year, please think of your child's safety.
DO:
✅ If you share a name, use first names only
✅ Keep school and location information private
✅ Share the smiles
✅ Focus on the moment, not identifying details
✅ Pause and think before you post
✅ Review who can see your posts
DON'T:
❌ Share full names
❌ Include school names or locations
❌ Share teachers' names
❌ Share daily routines or schedules
❌ Post photos showing bus numbers, routes, or stops
❌ Make your post public for anyone to see
