LCPH’s primary focus is on screening and education toward the prevention of chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and cancers, which are increasingly prevalent among coastal Kenyans. These services are mostly unavailable in the Lamu community and Kenya at large.

And we will have raffle tickets for anyone interested in winning this beautiful quilt that was donated to us by a wonderful supporter of LCPH SeaSquirt Studios . The quilt is made from kanga/leso - a printed vibrant cloth worn by Swahili people throughout East Africa 👏🏽
