Walking Cheetos Taco Bags 🧡

Ingredients:
* 4–6 small bags of Flamin’ Hot or Crunchy Cheetos
* 1 lb ground beef
* 1 packet taco seasoning (or taco-style spices)
* ½ cup water
* 1–2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
* ½ cup sour cream
* ½ cup diced onions
* Sliced jalapeños (optional)

Instructions:
1. Cook the meat
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain grease if needed. Stir in taco seasoning and ½ cup water. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
2. Prep the chip bags
Slightly crush the Cheetos in the bag (optional). Cut each bag open lengthwise down the middle to create a bowl.
3. Add the taco meat
Spoon hot taco meat directly into each Cheetos bag.
4. Add toppings
Top with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, diced onions, and jalapeños.
5. Serve immediately
Eat straight from the bag with a fork while warm.

RoadDog family, it's that time again.

We've started building our shopping list for Audiofeed 2026, and while the festival is still a ways off, we've learned that gathering supplies a little at a time is a lot easier than trying to do it all at once.

Every year, people ask, "What do you need?" The honest answer is... a little bit of everything.

Coffee. Eggs. Onions. Pasta. Paper plates. Napkins. Dish soap. Buns. Drink mixes. Sometimes it's the small things that save the day when you're feeding hundreds of people.

If you're out shopping and want to grab an extra item for RoadDog Café, we'd be grateful. If you'd rather help financially, those donations help us cover meat purchases, hog processing, fresh produce, ice, and the unexpected expenses that always seem to show up during festival week.
