Rescue is rough. **No joke.** 💔

We don’t take in neonates because we simply don’t have the capacity to provide the intensive care they require. But when an independent rescuer made a post asking for help with these babies after they were **left in a storage unit**… Michelle stepped up first, and then we took them❤️‍🩹

She originally thought they were about **7–8 weeks old**. But once they were evaluated, it became clear just how much they had been failed. They are only **450 grams — the size of approximately 3-week-old kittens.** 🙀🙀🙀

They are now receiving **24-hour care with Dr. Harris at MetroPet Animal Hospital**, where they can get the round-the-clock attention they need.

And she actually thinks they may be **10–12 weeks old.** 😳

Think about that.

Someone left these tiny babies in a storage unit and essentially left them **to die.** 💔💔💔

We don’t know exactly what they’ve been through, but we know what they need now: **care, warmth, food, medical attention, and someone willing to fight for them.**

This is the reality of rescue. It’s heartbreaking, expensive, exhausting—and sometimes you just have to step up because these babies don't have anyone else. ❤️‍🩹🐾

🍟💚 **SOMEONE PLEASE SN**CH UP THIS STATE FAIR FRY!** 💚🍟

Bambi is **2 years old**, and somehow this sweet girl keeps getting overlooked. 😿

We’ve started wondering if it’s because she eats **prescription food**…

So we thought maybe if she dressed up like a **State Fair French fry**, someone would finally SN**CH HER UP! 😂🍟

But seriously… look at this girl. 🥹

Bambi is a **sweet lap cat**, she’s **quiet and easygoing**, and she would make an absolutely wonderful companion for someone with pets **or** someone looking for a one-and-only kitty.

And those eyes?!

**STUNNING. AMAZING. GORGEOUS GREEN EYES.** 💚💚💚

Yes, Bambi eats **Hill’s Prescription Diet Gastrointestinal Biome Stress** to keep her tummy happy.

But before you see the words *prescription food* and think, *“Oh, that sounds expensive and complicated…”*

Here’s the reality:

**Bambi only eats ½ cup a day!**

That means her food lasts quite a while. So while she does need a specific diet, it’s not like you’re constantly going through huge amounts of expensive food.

And we would **hate** for a food requirement to be the reason Bambi gets overlooked.

Because Bambi isn't a prescription.

She’s a **lap cat.** ❤️
She’s a **quiet companion.** ❤️
She’s a girl with **ridiculously beautiful green eyes.** 💚
She’s a friend who would happily be your one-and-only OR join a home with other pets.

And apparently…

She is also willing to **dress up like a French fry at the Great Minnesota Get-Together in hopes of getting adopted.** 😂🍟

We’re running out of ideas here, Bambi! 😂

So if you’ve been waiting for a sign…

🌭 Maybe it’s a corn dog.
🍟 Maybe it’s a French fry.
💚 Maybe it’s those green eyes staring back at you.

**Whatever it is… please come meet Bambi.**

She’s ready to be someone’s forever girl.
