We had the honor of attending the dedication of the Holly King Outdoor Classroom at Eastern Montgomery High School, a beautiful space created in memory of a beloved teacher.

We are proud to have helped fund the project with several grants, but the true impact came from the students and their teacher, Marc Eaton. Their craftsmanship, teamwork, and care brought this classroom to life, honoring Holly King in a way that will be cherished for years to come.

We're grateful to have supported their work and celebrate the legacy of a teacher who meant so much to her school community.

Throwback to our Build Her Dreams 2025 event, where women in the NRV came together to build over 40 beds for the community! The Build Her Dreams Bed Build is just one example of how the NRVHBA is committed to introducing Careers in Construction to the NRV youth early and often. This hands-on experience gave girls the opportunity to see tradeswomen role models in action, and learn more about how rewarding a career in the trades can be.

About 1.3 million women are employed in the construction industry today, and their presence continues to grow. Home building offers meaningful opportunities for women ready to break new ground!
