July 2nd is our next club meeting. It will be at Hill Crest Supper Club at 6:00 PM. A reminder to our members, we have started having meetings at 6:00pm instead of 7:00pm.

If anyone wants to organize a ride or has questions, please call.

Hello Members,
Lots of information to pass along as the 2026 riding season begins.

Youth ATV Safety Training Instructors;
Anyone considering becoming a youth ATV safety training instructor? There will be an instructor certification class in Bemidji on May 13th. Please contact me if you would like more information. I plan on going as a few changes have been made to the program by the DNR. It's not often we have a class so close to us.

Youth ATV Safety Training Class May 2nd;
Timber Riders ATV club will be hosting a Youth ATV Safety training class on May 2nd. It will be held at the Stump Jumpers Snowmobile club house in Blackduck. We still have a few open spots available. Any instructors wishing to participate are encouraged to join in. Please contact me for more information. FYI, The Northwoods ATV Club (Bemidji) are helping us put on this class. We thank them for their help. Also, Bemidji Sports Center is loaning us a Youth sized ATV for the class again this year.

FREE PIZZA AND BALL CAP
Free Pizza and Timber Riders ball cap (while supplies last) for new members. Renewing members receive free Pizza during our membership drive on April 23rd meeting at Hillcrest supper Club. Starts at 6:00 pm. Membership is $25 per individual or $35 per family. Please call for more information.

Timber Riders ATV Club elections
Club elections will be held during our April 23rd club meeting. Meeting starts at 7:00 pm. Positions being voted on are, President, and Secretary. Only Current members are allowed to vote. Current positions are uncontested.

2026 Raffle
We should be finalizing our annual raffle details during our April 23rd club meeting.

GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY
Due to the incredible success of our club raffles, we have been able to donate to several Youth fishing programs this year. We are hoping to continue helping support Youth activities in the Blackduck area for a long time to come.

TRAILS OPENING FOR 2026 SEASON
ATV trails are due to open on May 1st. Please report any safety concerns (holes, downed trees, ect,) so that they may be addressed as soon as possible.

HELP NEEDED
We could use help increasing exposure on social media platforms. Video, pictures, events, ect.

Timber Riders ATV Club

Announcing our 2026 annual Membership Party.

Our April Club Meeting and membership party will be on April 23rd . All renewing and new members will be provided free ”all-u- can-eat” Pizza. Also, new individual memberships will receive a free Timber Riders Ball Cap (while supplies last). New Family Memberships receive 2 free Ball Caps.

Cost for membership is $25 individual, and $35 Family for the year.

Location and Time: Hillcrest Supper Club on Blackduck lake. April 23rd. Pizza starts at 6:00pm. Club Meeting at 7:00pm.

Why Join the club? What does the club do?

Primarily, we do our best to maintain the Blue Ox Trail so that it remains safe and available to all riders. We provide free DNR Youth ATV Safety Training course (coming on May 2nd) for all our young area riders. We are also donating to other outdoor Youth events in the Blackduck area. We also try to support and promote local businesses.

Riding the trails: We have one “club only” ride during the year. All our other rides are open to anyone. Typically, once a month we have a dinner ride. We also have a few special rides, Iron Ride, Fireworks in Northome, Big Falls, and Ice cream run. We explore the local forest and share some amazing places on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. We also like to provide a guide or information to visiting ATV riders. We don’t do bar hopping rides but, we will stop at a nice bar for dinner or refreshments.

We are working on improving our on-line visibility. Could use some help with Facebook, Instagram, X, community pages, and video editing/posting.
