Today we want to celebrate the fathers on our Adventures Relief team.

These men are leading their families, discipling their children, serving their communities, and showing up in some of the hardest places imaginable. They rebuild homes, mentor volunteers, sit with homeowners, pray with strangers, and still come home each day to be husbands and dads.

We have the privilege of watching fathers step into the light and invite others to do the same. When a dad chooses generosity, service, humility, and faithfulness, it changes a family. It changes a neighborhood. Sometimes it even changes an entire community.

Today we honor all the dads who are choosing to be the light in their own lives, homes, and beyond.

And to the fathers on our leadership team: thank you. Thank you for serving sacrificially, leading courageously, and showing the next generation what it looks like to follow Jesus and love people well.

The Lord is continuing to move in North Carolina!

Since Hurricane Helene, God has continued moving through the people of Western North Carolina — and through every volunteer who has said “yes” to serving.

So far through Adventures Relief:
• 454 homeowners supported • 2,962 volunteers mobilized • 159,948 volunteer hours served • $5.2 million+ in volunteer labor value

But the work isn’t finished.

We have teams serving in North Carolina every single week, and we need more people to join the mission. Come help rebuild homes, restore hope, and be the hands and feet of Jesus in the Swannanoa Valley.
