This past Friday, 6 of us were able to make 130 cards for HRCC! A total of 78.1% increase from last month. YOU GUYS— I am SO proud of our small but MIGHTY team. 👏🏽✨🩷

🌼 Meet our initiator & creator for the Bismarck/Mandan community, Jenna Monroe!

🌿 I was born in Houston, TX where I was adopted at birth and was given the opportunity to be raised here in Bismarck, ND. I love my family, friends, behavioral analysis, the theater community, camping, making art, and finding beautiful rocks with my husband. I currently work as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst with Solutions Behavioral Healthcare and am an avid part of the Bismarck Downtown Arts Community. I am a domestic abuse survivor, an advocate for human rights, and am proud to be a part of the person of color community across the globe.

🌺 What started as a simple conversation during a card event turned into an experience of community outreach and call to action for connecting individuals with their families and loved ones. Heart to Hand isn’t just about making cards, it’s about connecting people together with hope for a brighter future ahead. We all could use a helping hand…might as well make it come from the heart. ♥️

• We make handmade cards for the incarcerated at Heart River Correctional Center and we’d LOVE to see you on Saturday!!
