Reliable infrastructure is the foundation of strong communities. The Billings West End Water Treatment Plant is an investment that will strengthen water reliability and support growth for years to come.

The $75 million Billings West End water treatment plant is nearing completion and is scheduled to be finished and providing water for Billings residents starting May 2027.

The plant is part of a $150 million infrastructure project, which includes about $25 million in underground pipe manufacturing and about $50 million in two reservoirs that will provide consistent water for the plant.
