Montana Supreme Court Declares Biology Is Bigotry
In a jaw-dropping 5-2 ruling, the Montana Supreme Court just told reality to take a hike. The court upheld a preliminary injunction against SB 458 and state policies that required birth certificates and driver’s licenses to accurately reflect a person’s biological s*x at birth.
Instead, activist judges decided that forcing government documents to match actual biology amounts to “transgender discrimination” and violates the state’s equal protection clause. According to the majority, “transgender discrimination is, by its very nature, s*x discrimination.”
Translation: Telling the truth about male and female is now illegal in Montana. Biological males can slap a female marker on their ID, and the state must play along during this endless lawsuit. The ruling gives transgender individuals free rein to rewrite their official records to match feelings rather than facts, while everyday Montanans foot the bill for the delusion.
This isn’t justice—it’s judicial malpractice. The court ignored basic science and common sense to invent new “rights” that override biology, public safety, women’s spaces, and accurate record-keeping. Birth certificates exist to document reality, not to affirm mental confusion or enable fraud.
Montana voters passed laws to protect truth and fairness, only for black-robed elites to slap them down. This decision opens the door wider to chaos in sports, prisons, bathrooms, and every corner of public life where s*x matters.
Enough. Courts like this aren’t defending the Constitution—they’re shredding it to appease a tiny, vocal minority. Time for real leaders to push back hard, including potential reforms to rein in runaway judges who think they can rewrite human nature. Biology isn’t bigotry. Pretending otherwise is.
