Legacy of Love

Camp Promise began in 1990 with the vision to provide an opportunity for children, youth and adults with special needs to have a safe, fun camp experience. It continues to help campers learn new skills, develop peer friendships and learn more about the God who created them and loves them. It has also provided times of respite for their parents and caregivers, who can confidently get away and know their loved ones are safe and well cared for. In the following years, the Camp Promise Ministry expanded to find new ways to continue to invest in the lives and families of campers, and others effected by special needs, throughout the area we serve. In the coming years we look forward to expanding our facilities, so we can implement more weeks of camp, provide additional times throughout the year for families to enjoy camp together or attend meaningful conferences or just to be refreshed for the journey ahead of them
