✨ Dreams, Death & Dakinis: An Inner‑Treasure Journey to Bhutan ✨

This October 30–November 14, join me in the Thunder Dragon kingdom—Bhutan—for a pilgrimage woven of dreams and devotion. Together we'll step into hidden realms, open our hearts with Blue Lotus medicine, and dance with the fierce grace of death and dakinis.

We’ll journey through ancient temples and beyul (hidden lands), steep in the blessing of land spirits, uncover inner treasures, and cultivate our own inner DMT—our endogenous spirit molecule. We’ll sit with death as teacher, call upon protectors and guardians, and awaken to the radiant landscape of our own luminous selves.

As I move (sometimes slithering like silk and others rigid like a rock) through the year of the snake, I can literally and metaphorically feel my "old" skin shedding and my cashmere-soft baby fresh skin, meeting the "new" light. 🐍

I'm experiencing both an extraordinarily expansive and beauty-filled grounded time out of time and an accelerated time of "great stretching" and profound pain.

Maybe you can relate? Through all the emotional weather, there's something else…

For me it's been up close and center in the micro and macro moments of my daily life– from cancelling a program that I poured a lot of life, love and $ into, one that "felt alive" 3 months ago and didn't fill– that had me question if I knew what I was "doing", to sitting in the discomfort of "failing" to have it all figured out.

And as the baseline, I return to cultivating more awareness, love and inner safety. To the whales' teachings on cultivating deeper and deeper levels of trust: in safety, in play, in jumping really high for Joy for no apparent reason and in diving deep into the void when it feels safer.

When my husband died, the veils between the worlds literally dissolved, and I experienced everything as GOD in drag. While it is and was undeniably mind-blowing and heart expanding, I was still learning to "land" in my body (it’s a process!).

My grandmothers hands remind me of the beauty of life and death. Death as the greatest teacher because it transforms us and in the process, reminds us how to fully live.

For most of us, our fear of fully living is far greater than our fear of dying.

Although it may feel like we're terrified of death, I believe we're actually terrified of our greatness...and, the era of holding back our gifts is ending.

We are, quite literally, un-neutering ourselves.

As we create foundation safety, our voices and stories alchemize. It's no longer necessary to hold back, to dim our light, to tiptoe through our days.

As we materialize our spirit selves it becomes safe to share our beauty, the vulnerability of being fully seen, fully felt, fully alive.
