Last week, six of our MCYAC students from Morley Stanwood High School traveled to Lansing and met with Representative Tom Kunse about to***co prevention and substance abuse in schools. They had a very productive conversation where they got to share personal experiences and relay their ideas on how to fix some of the issues occurring in schools with to***co. They also got to take a brief tour of the capitol and go on the house floor with Representative Kunse before session.
