The Dotson Cabin has more donated art supplies for Beulah artists affected by the Aspen Acres Fire. We have beading supplies, sewing machines, and lots of fabric, as well as painting and drawing supplies. We even have pottery tools. The cabin is not open regular hours so if you are looking for supplies, email [email protected] to make an appointment.

Pat Wiles will be bringing another watercolor class to Beulah. We've postponed the August class to September, hoping by then many Beulah residents will be settled and ready for something creative. The BVAC is collecting art supplies for Beulah artists who lost homes, studios, and artwork to the Aspen Acres Fire. Supplies are now at the Dotson Cabin. If you need supplies, or you know an artist who does - OR if you have supplies to donate - please message us or email [email protected]

If you have arts and crafts festival yard signs, please bring them back so we can store them for next year! Bring them to Beulah valley pottery or send us a message and we will pick them up from you. Looking forward to a better year next year!

The Pueblo Farmers Market has opened up space in their usual venue at Mineral Palace Park for Beulah Arts and Crafts Festival vendors, and created a whole new event to feature them. This event will take place on August 1, which would have been the date of the Festival. The Pueblo Farmers Market will contribute a portion of their proceeds to fire relief, as will some of the vendors in various ways. We encourage art lovers to visit the Pueblo Farmers Market on that day to catch up with some of your favorite arts and crafts vendors!

The Beulah Valley Arts Council is sad to inform you we will not be able to hold the Beulah Fine Art Exhibition in September due to the ravages of the Aspen Acres Wildfire. Downtown Beulah was spared from the fire, and the Tucita, our exhibition space, is intact, along with all Beulah businesses. But the devastation and loss in the surrounding area is unimaginable, and many Beulah-based artists and creators have lost their homes, studios, and artwork. Those of us who did not lose homes must put our time and energy into assisting with the rebuilding effort.

We know Beulah will rebuild, and our artists will get back to creating work again. As time passes and rebuilding commences, we will evaluate when we feel the community is ready to host an art exhibition.

In the meantime, Beulah is open for business and we welcome respectful visitors to town. The Beulah Inn and the Stompin' Grounds are open to serve visitors. Beulah Valley Pottery, the General Store, and the Market and the Market 2 are open, or will reopen soon. If you visit Beulah and patronize these establishments, you will assist in the rebuilding effort in a meaningful and heartfelt way.
