Need something to do this summer? Come try ultimate! We are still registering for our summer rec league. Games are on Wednesdays from 7 -8:30ish. Evenings will start with a short drill/lesson and then we play! Open to all levels!

Club teams! Still time to register for the Lehigh Valley Invite. Come join us in sunny Allentown on August 1-2 for a weekend of competitive play and fun!

To account for SFI East not being announced yet, we have pushed back the registration date for Lehigh Valley Invite to give you more time to decide. To help you better plan your season, we plan to have bids locked by May 15th.

This weekend we hosted the Ohio Valley D3 Regional championships in both the men and women’s divisions. Despite the cold and rainy weather, the teams turned it up for a weekend of excellent ultimate. BICE registration is ongoing but closes soon!

BICE is a “byo” core league (with options to sign up as a free agent). Cores consist of 5-8 players and need to be 50% women-matching players.

New to the league? If your team is 75% or more people who have never played an LVU league, then there is no player limit. Cores can also be increased to 10 people if 2 or more players are new to LVU.
