Bethlehem CT Community Yoga These yoga classes will be donation only. Bring a yoga mat and cushion, blanket or towel. Hello! My name is Heather Cole, and I am a lifelong Bethlehem resident.

After being a dedicated Yoga student for over 20 years, mostly at the OM Center in Watertown, CT, I completed 200 hour Yoga teacher training through the Direct Path Institute in February 2025. Over the years I have felt a deep shift in my physical and mental well being thanks to the awareness Yoga brings to the mind, heart and body, and my goal is to share this awareness with the Bethlehem community and beyond.
