For Wilfredo, a bike isn’t just transportation - it’s a lifeline.

A bike means he can get to work on time.
A bike means he can visit family without borrowing a ride.
A bike means independence - and that’s something no one should have to wait for.

We’re raising funds to get Wilfredo the bike he deserves.
Every donation - big or small - moves his story forward. 🫶

Meet Wilfredo. 👋

He’s a hard-working community member who relies on public transit and long walks to get to work.

His dream?

To own an eBike that gives him freedom, mobility, and time back in his day.

That’s where Fostering Equitable Access to Transportation - FEAT comes in - connecting people like Wilfredo to the tools they need to move forward.

We’re kicking off a special fundraiser to help him get his first ebike.

Exciting news from FEAT!

Did you hear us on the radio? Last night, WDIY’s Teen Scientist, an award-winning radio show and podcast produced by local high school student, Abigail Wood, featured FEAT in an episode about innovative community solutions. The teen host spoke with our own Megan Lysowski, FEAT’s leader and a driving force in advocacy to make transportation accessible for everyone. It was great to hear Megan share her passion for education and community with a brilliant teen and really wonderful to see the next generation of scientists and changemakers taking an interest in FEAT’s work.

Abigail Wood is joined by Megan Lysowski of FEATpa, an organization working to provide equitable and environmentally friendly transportation through electric bikes.

A single eBike can change someone’s week. A network can change a community. ⚡

FEAT’s eBike donation program is growing — and it’s designed to help low-income workers get where they need to go with freedom, dignity, and zero emissions.

https://www.featpa.com/donate

Every donated eBike opens doors — to jobs, healthcare, and connection.

And every volunteer hour helps turn that vision into reality.

We’re not waiting for change — we’re riding toward it.

P.S. What do you think: Should every city have an eBike donation program like this? 💭

It takes a community to move a community.

The heart of FEAT’s mission is collaboration. From local libraries to HR leaders, educators, and advocates — we’re building partnerships that make sustainable transit solutions possible.

By bringing together people who care about equity, climate, and access, FEAT is creating momentum across the Lehigh Valley.

If you’ve ever wanted to help make a real difference — this is your invitation to get involved.

P.S. What’s one local organization you think should join the movement for equitable transit? Tag them below! 👇
