TrueCare, a mission-driven community health organization in North County San Diego, CA, is seeking a Director of Wellness and Belonging to lead system-wide employee wellness, engagement, and belonging initiatives.

This high-impact leadership role is ideal for an experienced wellness professional who is passionate about shaping workplace culture, supporting employee well-being, advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and building data-informed programs across a multi-site healthcare organization.

Desired qualifications include:
• Bachelor’s degree in health and wellness or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare or related settings
• 7+ years leading wellness and/or population health programs
• Experience with employee wellness, engagement, or DEI/belonging initiatives
• CHES® certification and/or master’s degree preferred

Salary range: $120,551–$186,854 annually
Location: North County San Diego, CA
