Today, we are proud to announce that we have awarded $540,000 to 22 nonprofit organizations working to fight the root causes of poverty in our first of three scheduled giving cycles this year.

Made possible by the generosity of travelers, partners, and Avolta team members, these grants help expand access to food, housing, education, and workforce opportunities – creating meaningful pathways to stability and growth for the communities we serve.

We are incredibly grateful to Journey For Good Foundation for visiting YouthCare’s YouthBuild program last Tuesday and for their inspiring investment in young people across King County.

Through a generous gift of $30,000, Journey For Good is helping power YouthCare’s Workforce Development programming, opening doors for young people to build skills, gain hands-on training, and move toward stable employment and long-term independence.

Programs like YouthBuild do so much more than prepare young people for the workforce--they create pathways to confidence and a future filled with possibility.

This year, we proudly awarded over $2.6 million to 108 charities in 71 communities across the U.S. and Canada – our biggest impact yet!

This milestone reflects the power of collaboration and compassion. By joining forces with travelers, Avolta team members, and our partners and sponsors, we have been able to deploy significant resources to communities across North America during a time of increased need. We were honored to visit Maine Needs today and present this donation to help propel their important work building a community where everyone helps and no one goes without.

A huge thank you to the HMSHost by Avolta team at Portland International Jetport-Maine for volunteering with this wonderful charity earlier this year and for nominating them for a grant.

Thank you also to the generous travelers who chose to round up their purchases to the nearest dollar at participating Club Avolta locations, contributing their change to the fight against poverty and helping to power this grant award.

Today, we are proud to celebrate 10 years of impact at Journey For Good Foundation. In our latest grant cycle, we awarded nearly $1 million to 39 organizations across North America – bringing our lifetime giving to over $5 million, supporting more than 150 charities.

Our mission to fight poverty and strengthen local communities continues through initiatives that provide food and shelter for the homeless, educate children, train unemployed adults, and support veterans and their families. Our donors are soaring to new heights! ✈️

We are honored to have received a $20,000 donation from the Journey For Good Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Avolta (Hudson, HMS Host, and Dufry).

The funds raised through Hudson register campaigns, restaurant promotions, and Journey for Good’s annual golf tournament are making a direct impact just a few miles from ORF Airport helping ensure that while travelers are cared for on their journeys, families here at home have food on the table.

A heartfelt thank you to Avolta’s Journey For Good Foundation for their generous $20,000 grant to the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore. This grant was made possible in part by ORF travelers who voluntarily rounded up their purchases at Hudson stores and HMSHost restaurants. Thanks to their support, 40,000 meals will be provided to those in need in our community.
