Ashburton families, let’s make next Tuesday night extra delicious! On October 14th, grab your favorite burger, fries, or shake at Shake Shack (Cabin John, Potomac) anytime between 10:30 AM – 10:00 PM.

Here’s the best part: 25% of your meal will be donated right back to Ashburton Elementary! Just mention “Donation Day” at the counter or use the code DONATE if you order through the Shack App, website, or kiosk.

It’s the perfect excuse for a night off from cooking while supporting our amazing school. Bring the kids, invite your neighbors, and let’s make it a fun Ashburton community night out!

Get excited!! The Ashburton PTA will be holding our first General Membership meeting of the year on October 7!!

Refreshments and social time at 6:30pm. Official meeting begins at 7pm.

Free activities for school-aged children available from 6:30 - 8:00. Pre-school children are welcome to attend but must stay with their families.

Please register your attendance at ashburtonpta.org to help us ensure that we plan adequate food and childcare activities.

We can't wait to see you there!

Fall Festival will be held on October 25 from 3:30-6:30. In order for this well-loved event to happen, we need a committee of volunteers to pull it off!

If you are interested in being part of the Fall Festival committee, we are hosting a virtual information call on Monday, September 29th at 7pm (see latest newsletter for link). Your presence on the call does not require a commitment, so join us even if you are just curious! If you are interested in being on the Fall Festival committee and cannot attend the planning call, please email [email protected] with FALL FESTIVAL in the subject line, so we can add you to forthcoming planning communications.

Join us for Ashburton’s Outdoor Movie Night this Friday! This year's feature is A Minecraft Movie.

The field opens at 6:30 p.m. Come mix & mingle with friends! The movie will start between 7:15-7:45, after sunset.

Feel free to bring your own picnic dinner, blanket, or chairs. Popcorn is free! Local Boy and Girl Scouts troops will have snacks for sale, and Clayboys shave ice will be available for purchase onsite.

👉IMPORTANT: The field will be extremely dark when the movie ends. PLEASE bring flashlights and make a plan with your children for a meet up spot if needed.

👉 This is not a drop off event. Parents must remain with their students throughout the evening.

👉 We can only put on these beloved community events with your help and support! Please be sure to update your PTA membership today!
