🧼 This week, Buddleia delivered bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and bars of soap to JoAnn Leleck Elementary at Broad Acres for their free open market.

Every bottle and every bar was donated by supporters and volunteers who believe that no family should have to go without the basics.

💛 That's the heart of Buddleia: a community showing up for its neighbors, one small act at a time.

With funds donated by Buddleia, JoAnn Leleck Elementary at Broad Acres was able to purchase 425 backpacks for children and families in need.

Our most recent donation drop-off at Joann Leleck Elementary School — and our hearts are full 💛

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community and the Metro Bethesda Rotary Club, we delivered:

🎒 200+ school supplies
👕 8 bags of clothing
🧴 2 boxes of toiletries

Every single item will go directly to the hands of children and families who need it the most — at the neediest elementary school in Montgomery County.

Every family deserves the essentials to thrive.

We work directly with the families at JoAnn Leleck Elementary at Broad Acres, Montgomery County's lowest-income Title I elementary school, providing clothing, food, school supplies, toiletries, and help with housing and utilities. We also offer arts programming and financial literacy classes, because we believe in supporting families not just today, but for the long road ahead.

Every coat donated. Every meal provided. Every class taught. It all adds up to something powerful: families who feel seen, supported, and equipped to build a better future.
