Khmer Student Association at UC Berkeley - KSA Welcome to the Khmer Student Association at UC Berkeley page!!!

We are working towards connecting the Khmer community and bridging the gaps within our experiences. Formally known as the Berkeley Cambodian Student Association, the organization was founded to unite and support people who share an interest in Cambodia and Southeast Asian culture by fostering an appreciation of that culture. Currently, the Khmer Student Association has evolved to place greater emp

hasis on the awareness and retention of Khmer and Khmer-American experiences and identity within the UC Berkeley community. The Khmer Student Association aims to reclaim Khmer cultural practices, create socially aware individuals, inspire leadership and community awareness while bridging the older and newer generations together. Our goal is to eliminate the invisibility of the Khmer and Khmer-American community and empower its members while also recognizing shared experiences within Southeast Asian identities. KSA គឺជាសម្ព័ន្ធសមាគមនិស្សិតខ្មែរដែលទើបត្រូវបានប្ដូរឈ្មោះពី Berkeley Cambodian Students Association។ បច្ចុប្បន្ន យើងខ្ញុំកំពុងប្រមូលផ្ដុំទៅលើការលើកកម្ពស់ទស្សនៈវិស័យ ដោយការសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ លើនិស្សិតខ្មែរនិងអាមេរិកដើម កំណើតខ្មែរក្នុង UC Berkeley។ គោលដៅរបស់យើងគឺដើម្បីបង្កើតចំណងតភ្ជាប់ទៅនឹងសមាគមខ្មែរជំនាន់មុន ដែលមានវ័យចំណាស់ព្រមទាំងសង្ឃឹមថាថ្ងៃនេះកិច្ចប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់យើងខ្ញុំបានតបភ្ជាប់សហគមន៍របស់យើង។

Thank you to everyone who made Spring 2026 with KSA so memorable 🤍

From selling food together at the Taste of SEA Night Market, to welcoming new transfer students at our BBQ social, to volunteering with Oakland’s Khmer New Year celebration, thank you for supporting KSA this past semester.

We’re beyond grateful for such a successful semester, and this is only the beginning. We’re already so excited for what’s ahead and can’t wait to make even more memories with you all next semester 🫶

Hello hello!! KSA is so excited to introduce our 2026 Board & Interns!! 🪷✨

Thank you for all who applied for the intern positions last semester and we’re so grateful for all of the interest and enthusiasm. With that being said, we would like to welcome our KSA interns for the spring 2026 semester! We have so much planned for the upcoming semester and we’re so excited for everyone’s continuous love and support 💛
