Cobra Theatre Company's original play opens at AMS next Thursday. The students are doing an amazing job! Get your tix while they last!

Hi there. Any current or past lighting students out there, there is an improv troupe performing at AMS tonight in the Performing Arts Center. They need a lighting techie to run very simple lights for their 8 pm show and are willing to pay a bit of money for it. Please message Teacher Penney back if you are interested. The show will be over at around 9:30. They are rehearsing right now and are amazing, by the way!

Performing and Fine Arts Boosters (PFAB)

Albany Performing & Fine Arts Boosters (PFAB) was created by interested parents to support the continuing operation of the AHS Theater Ensemble, a student run organization that requires significant funds to operate.

Since AUSD is facing significant budget cuts next year (2019 - 2020), PFAB was also created to support all non-represented Performing and Fine Arts at AHS (Music and Band excepted since they are supported by the Albany Music Fund (AMF)).

Our goal (2018-19): Raise funds for the continuing operation of AHS Theater ensemble. We anticipate needing ~$30,000 to support the Theater Ensemble this year.

Our goal (2019-20 and beyond): Raise funds for both Theater ensemble and and other Fine Arts (Music/Band excepted) that may need Booster support going forward.
