Last Saturday Western Reserve-Lakewood celebrated Flag Day with a luncheon and presentation by Ann Rotolante on Women’s Voting Rights. We had our chapter Wings of Eagle recipient come and read his essay. Our luncheon ended with a basket raffle to support our Community Classroom Washington D.C. Grant.

Today we remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice gave us the freedoms we enjoy every day. We remember. We honor. We are grateful. 🇺🇸

Members Nancy Andrade and Jessica Kelch participated in the Memorial Day service at Lake View Cemetery. The event honored all those who have given so much in service to our country. As we gather today, we remember the true meaning of Memorial Day and pay tribute to those whose sacrifice will never be forgotten.

Members spent time today picking up trash for our April Earth Day Service Project at Coe Lake Park.

Members enjoyed the 127th State Conference past weekend in Columbus.

We had our March meeting on the 7th and welcomed Kelly Roberts and Stacey Ganor from Farrah, Roberts, and Ganor LTD. Atteroneys and Counselors at Law to speak about Wills and Trusts.

We held our February chapter meeting yesterday and had member Ann Farah talk to us about CPR and the Heimlich.

At the end of our meeting we made Valentine's Day cards for a local nursing home.

Saturday we held our December luncheon. We had the honor of having Northeast District Director Leanne McGann give us a presentation on her trip to Antarctica.

We held a children's book, winter wear and toy drive for Laura's House. We also had a cookie exchange and donated trays of cookies to a local church and fire department.
