Let’s Take Pride in Our Neighborhood

Just an FYI—many neighbors found notices on their doors or vehicles today regarding covenant violations.

To be honest, I was surprised by the number of violations, especially those related to trash cans. The Board initially tried to address this by simply moving trash cans back into driveways as a courtesy. This week, however, yellow notices were placed on doors or vehicles for properties that remain out of compliance.

I will admit that I ran out of time this morning before heading to work, so there are still a few notices that will be delivered.

Our neighborhood reflects all of us. Please take a few minutes to look around your property and ensure it complies with our covenants. Small efforts by each homeowner make a big difference in maintaining the appearance and value of our community.

Thank you for doing your part to help keep Riverwalk Farm Estates a neighborhood we can all be proud of.
