Benton Community Fund The Benton Community Fund was established to provide a permanent endowment for the support of the community. Grants are announced late summer.

In 2011, a group of committed volunteer advisory board members reached a fundraising goal of $50,000 in just 51 days to establish the Benton Community Fund. Charter donors to the Fund include the Benton State Bank, the Village of Benton, the Benton Community Development Corporation, and several generous community members. Using a portion of its earnings, the Fund annually awards grants to local organizations striving to improve and enhance life in Benton. The Fund is led by a volunteer advisory board which initiates fundraising activities and determines the annual grant awards. Since inception the Benton Community Fund has distributed more than $163,000 to non-profits that benefit the community of Benton. To Donate

The Benton Community Center, Library, and Museum is more than a beautiful new building—it’s a place created by our community, for our community.

There are still opportunities to become a permanent part of this special project.

Add a Personalized Paver
Honor your family, remember someone special, celebrate a milestone, or simply show your pride in Benton.

Honor an Extraordinary Woman
Celebrate a woman who has made a difference in your life or in our community. The Extraordinary Women display offers a meaningful way to recognize her legacy while supporting the children’s area of our new library.

Whether you choose a paver, honor an Extraordinary Woman, or both, your contribution becomes part of Benton’s story for generations to come.
