After a day of ups and downs with the weather, THANK YOU to all who were a part of our Firefly Festival yesterday! Whether you were providing meals, snacks or drinks, showcasing your community group or business, providing an activity, volunteering with setup or at a table or cleanup, bringing your family down to spend time together, came to enjoy some fabulous local music…glad we could have a bit of time together supporting the community of Bennet!

We know many were not able to attend due to so many events happening in our region (we missed you! 😉)… If you would like to contribute to Hello, Bennet/BEDA for our continued Bennet Beautification goals, you may do so thru Venmo or can get in contact with us via our Hello, Bennet socials or stop at the Shops and learn how to get in touch with any of the BEDA Members. Our goal is to continue to make Bennet a place we are all proud of by taking care community spaces.

Another major step in Mural progress!
Today, Kat focused on Fill Work and now letting paint cure for a few days…then Final Finish!
Thanks for helping add some beauty to our community, Kat!

This project was funded with donations from last year’s Firefly Festival—so thank YOU, Bennet, for your support!

Saturday, June 13th is our 2nd Firefly Festival and proceeds will be going towards more Bennet Beautification projects! Hope to see you there at our Bennet Square—you should know where to go now with a new mural! 😉
