We’re proud to be part of this year’s Central Oregon Gives campaign, featured in and supported by incredible local partners throughout the High Desert. From now through December 31, your donation to Cascades Cannery helps us preserve what matters most: local food, local farms, and community nourishment.

This year, we’ve rescued over 3,600 pounds of Central Oregon produce, turning it into 2,500+ jars of jams, pickled items, and sauces that feed families all year long. Every dollar helps us do even more in 2026 our goal: 30,000 pounds of food from local farms.

Cascades Cannery is now on Facebook!
We’re a new 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Central Oregon, turning surplus farm produce into jams, sauces, and shelf-stable food for our community.

We just launched our fundraising campaign to build capacity, including freezer storage and processing equipment—and we need your help.
