🚨 FACULTY & SUPPORTERS: It’s Time to Close the Gap! 🚨
The numbers are in, and they are impossible to ignore. 98% of you said salary is our #1 priority, and now the administration is ready to talk. But they need to see our strength in the room!

The Reality Check:
📉 We are paid 20.26% less than our direct competitors at Mt. Hood.
📉 When adjusted for our high cost of living, we are falling 33.5% behind peers at Linn-Benton.

It isn't just about a paycheck; it's about the future of our institution. To maintain the high-quality programs our students depend on, we must offer competitive pay that attracts top-tier talent and ensures our dedicated educators can afford to stay. If we don't bridge this gap, we risk losing the very experts who make COCC a leader in education.
