Boone County Fire Cadets

08/10/2026

Our Cadets have had a very busy summer so far!

From Donning and Doffing gear, training in low visibility conditions with our probationary firefighters, extrication training, CPR, training with our members on Tender Operations, and assisting in getting the departments training house ready to train in!

If you have someone 16-21 that is interested in the fire service and is looking for a program to expose them to some of the trainings that firefighters do, have them go to our website and fill out an application!
