π₯ Win a TOOL, Help a FOOL β Hosted by Centex F.O.O.L.S. π₯
Join us in helping the Fleming Family!
As a 501-3c we are not able to have a "raffle". However, we will be giving away a FMT Stitch Hook. Every donation of $20 will get your name entered into a "drawing" for this tool. Kind of like a raffle. But definitely NOT a raffle. Its a drawing.
Drawing will be held at our next Fellowship on June 29th (do NOT need to be present to win).
Proceeds will go to the Fleming family.
Mike Fleming has spent much of his life serving his community, his coworkers, his friends, and his family.
Mike began his career with the City of Copperas Cove Fire Department in 1985 and retired 34 years later as Deputy Fire Chief and Fire Marshal. Throughout his career, he worked alongside countless firefighters, helped train and mentor others, and earned the respect of those who had the opportunity to work with him. After retirement, he continued working at Central Texas College, remaining active and involved in the community he has called home for so many years.
Anyone who knows Mike knows he has never been one to seek attention or recognition. He is the type of person who shows up when someone needs help, offers support without being asked, and would much rather focus on others than himself. His quiet kindness and willingness to help have touched more people than he will probably ever realize.
Recently, Mike was diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroendocrine Carcinoma. As Mike, Paula, and family focus on treatment and the road ahead, they are navigating the many challenges that come with a serious cancer diagnosis.
We appreciate your support, encouragement, and prayers as we face this journey!
