Ad sales are being extended to September 8th. Additional flyers are available in the band room. Please get out to some local businesses in our area to ask for support! We currently have 9 ads for the band show. I know there are local businesses that would love to support our band!

Today we launched of our Ad Sales Fundraiser to support the Band and Choir departments' upcoming trip to Disney in March 2027. This is a joint effort, and all revenue generated will be divided equally among all students traveling to Disney.
These ads provide excellent local exposure. They will be displayed at our upcoming band show, and at all future concerts and theatrical productions.
We encourage every student to participate by visiting at least one local business in our area. The Ad Sale forms are available in the band room, the choir department also has forms available. If you have any questions please reach out. Thank you!

There will be NO booster meeting tonight! Wednesday at 6 pm we will be meeting to clean the concession stand. We will be available during that time for a informal discussion with everyone. Please come ask your questions and volunteer a few hours of your time. Thank you!

Last Monday, we officially launched our band advertisement sales! This is a major fundraiser with a huge impact. The money raised will help all of our students fund their Disney trip this coming March, while also supporting our first-ever band show. In return, participating local businesses will get excellent exposure, with their name and logo featured multiple times throughout the school year.
Please ask your student to stop by the Band room to pick up the informational letter and flyer to bring home. We encourage 100% participation to help make our Disney trip and first show a massive success.

Uniform fittings for Marching Band students will be on August 3 and August 5 from 6-8pm in the band room.

The schedule will be as follows:

August 3rd:
Seniors at 6pm
Juniors at 6:30pm
Sophomores at 7pm

August 5:
Freshman at 6pm
8th graders at 7pm
