Onward is a brand-new community outreach hosted by West Cannon Baptist Church in Belmont, MI, designed to encourage single fathers! Onward meets for 10 weeks on Tuesday evenings from 6 - 8 PM starting 2/13/24, but it's not just your typical conversation group.

Looking for guys who get what you're going through?

Onward is taking applications for the Spring session! Free dinner, free childcare, and a gift for all single dads who attend at least 6 of the 10 sessions are only some of the cool things in store! The group meets at West Cannon Baptist Church starting February 13.

We're gearing up for the spring! Lots is happening behind the scenes as we get ready to launch in February. More to come!

Trevor (leader of Onward) and I (Racheal) are looking forward to February 2024!

GATW will be holding its last meeting/Christmas party with our first cohort of GATW ladies. We will miss meeting together regularly but hope that our graduates will serve the next group of GATW ladies in various ways during the Spring 2024 semester. We also plan to combine the new GATW group with our first group after the Spring 2024 shower.

We have had a busy fall praying, planning, and preparing for GATW 2024. We are looking forward to serving God and this new group of ladies in 2024!

Onward is a new ministry of West Cannon for single fathers that will meet at the same time as Grace at the Well. Onward is a small group that is filled with opportunities for single dads to learn and be encouraged. Besides dinner and free childcare, there will be practical hands-on skill building exercises and insights into fatherhood from the Bible. We're excited to see what God has planned for this partner ministry!
