He came looking for a band of brothers. He found one...and it changed his life.

After decades of leadership experience, he realized he still needed men he could talk to, trust, and be completely honest with.

Through his IMPACT Players Cohort, he found a place where what’s shared stays in the group. No judgment. No criticism. Just men who are willing to listen, encourage, challenge, and support one another.

Now, he’s helping lead a cohort so other men can experience the same thing.

Sometimes the most important step a man can take is simply saying "yes" to what God is inviting him into.

Set aside a weekend to reconnect with God, build authentic brotherhood, and return home strengthened for the people who matter most.
