10U kicks things off at their state tournament in Goddard with an 18-3 win over Udall earlier today.

Back at it tomorrow at 1:15 PM vs the Adidas Athletics KC, followed by the Clay Center Tigers at 3:00 PM.

10U drops a tough one in bracket play to the Storm Chasers.

11U shuts out White City, 5-0, but the championship game was rained out and declared a no contest. Really felt like we had a shot, but sometimes Mother Nature doesn’t cooperate.

State tournaments are on deck. 10U in Goddard next weekend, then 11U in Topeka in two weeks.

Get some rest and let’s finish strong, boys.

10U squares off with the Storm Chasers at 11:30 AM for a spot in the semifinals against Rock Creek.

11U plays White City at 1:15 PM for a spot in the championship game.

11U drops the first one to Clay, 5-1, but bounced back to beat White City, 10-4.

Awaiting the completion of pool play for seeding, but we’ll be back at it tomorrow.

11U gets the morning started in Clay Center vs the host, the Clay Center Tigers, at 8 AM, followed by an 11 AM matchup with White City.

10U squares off against the Rock Creek Mustangs at 1:15 PM, then against the Storm Chasers at 3:00 PM.

2026 Beatrice Bullets Classic Runner-Up (11U)

Mavs drop the final in walk-off fashion to the Beatrice Bullets (Black), 7-6.

Nothing to be ashamed about in this tournament. Tough team that was fundamentally sound.

But it speaks volumes about where we’re at and how far we’ve come.

Proud of the boys. Proud is an understatement. They know how to play baseball.

We’ve got a week off before Clay Center, then onto state tournaments in Goddard (10U) and Topeka (11U).

P*e Wee is about to kick off in Belleville and Scandia, so get out there and support our boys, and as always, Go Mavs!
