Since 2009, Tapestry of Community Offerings (TOCO) has served the Metro East from its current location in the Belleville Historic Brewery District.

Due to rising operating costs and a reduction in Shop revenue attributed to decreasing foot traffic in the area, TOCO has decided to continue our mission and community services without the Shop.

As we move into this next chapter, we need your input. We invite all community members, partners, volunteers, and other stakeholders to join us for a collaborative planning meeting.

Community Collaboration Meeting
Salvation Army St. Clair County Corps
October 1, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.

Together, we will explore how TOCO can restructure its operations and continue meeting the needs of our community in the most impactful and sustainable way.

Those unable to attend can still participate by completing the following survey. Your feedback will help shape the future direction of TOCO.
