BAKE SALE VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY!

We are in need of baked good donations, if you are interested in making something we will be having a drop off at 8am on June 27th at Bob’s Coffee Shop. Please contact Leeah Jarvis or Danica Bialczyk so we have an idea of what we will have/need! Tag all your baking friends!

Be sure to save the date and stop by for some goodies and bid on our silent auction items!

FIELD DAY FUN! What a great day! Popsicles were a hit again this year. Thank you to all the volunteers today, I know Coach Walton and the teachers appreciate having extra help.

TEACHER APPRECIATION DAY 2! Cookies for the staff at all the buildings. We are so grateful to be able spoil our district staff!

First day of Teacher Appreciation Week! PTO was able to provide a yummy snack to every building and had the opportunity to provide some new supplies to the Band, Art and P.E. Departments at the High School and some new headphones for a 4th grade classroom! Thank you for your support and thank you to every staff member for all that you do! We appreciate you! ❤️🖤🤍

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY:
Field Day is right around the corner, below is the link to the sign up sheet. You MUST print and fill out this sheet and have it turned into the office by May 1st to be able to help. You will also be asked for your ID at the office before you can come into the school, so arrive a few minutes early and have your ID please!

We will also have some sign up sheets available at our monthly meeting this Tuesday the 28th at 5:30pm at Bobs Coffee Shop.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:
We have made the difficult decision to cancel our puzzle race fundraiser due to lack of interest. We are incredibly thankful to those of you who signed up or planned to volunteer your time/donations to help! We will be planning other events in the near future and plan to auction off donation items at that time, so be on the look out for more information. ❤️🖤🤍

Share, share, share!! Only 1 week left to register!! Maries R2 PTO is working on raising funds to support our Specials classes in all three buildings. This includes band, choir, art, PE, etc.

Join our Maries R2 PTO for an exciting evening in a jigsaw puzzle building race and silent auction!

Please complete the form to register and save your spot. Teams can include 2-6 individuals consisting of your friends, family, coworkers or even acquaintances. Only one form needs to be completed per team.

Don't have a team, but still want to play? No problem! We will have a division for individuals with lesser piece puzzles. We will also be offering a youth division - perfect for youth groups and school clubs or friend groups!

We will be selling advantages and sabatoges as well as a silent auction, so bring some cash or you can run a "tab" and pay at the end of the event. Prizes will be given for best decorated table, corner search, edge completion and more!

We will see you on March 27, 2026 at the elementary cafeteria. We will begin our race at 6:00, but come early to decorate your team table and possibly win a prize! Doors will be open at 5:15.

Teams and individuals must pay entry fee upon arrival and before the competition begins in order to compete.
