As summer really begins, we wanted to take a moment to look back at just SOME of the things your PTO was able to be a part of during the 2025-2026 school year!

From family events, Glow Nights, Sweetheart Dance, Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week, Coin Wars, Book Fair fun, field trip support, staff lounge treats, spirit wear, student activities, community events, and so much more — this year was filled with so many fun memories and opportunities to support our students, staff, and schools!

None of this would be possible without our volunteers, families, staff, community supporters, and everyone who continues to support PTO throughout the year. Thank you for helping us continue to make a difference in our schools and community!

As this month comes to a close, we wanted to take a moment to update everyone on our PTO Board Members for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year!

We are excited to share that:
⭐ Kristen Hein will remain PTO President
⭐ Tasha Kuhnen will remain Vice President
⭐ Jennifer Wolken will remain Treasurer

We would also like to share that Kylie Cawvey’s final day serving on the PTO Board as our Elementary School Representative will be 05/31/2026. Kylie has given so much of her time, energy, heart, and dedication over this past year, and we are incredibly thankful for everything she has done for our students, staff, and PTO. Please join us in thanking her for all she has contributed! 💛

For the 2026-2027 school year, we are excited to welcome Kayleigh Galliart as our new Elementary School Representative!

We do still have an open PTO Board position available. If you are interested in getting involved, supporting our schools, and helping make a difference for our students and staff, we would love to hear from you!

Reminder: Regular PTO meetings for the upcoming school year will be held the 2nd Monday of each month at 5:45 PM in the Elementary Library starting in September.

Happy OFFICIAL Last Day of School, Dragons! 💛🤎

As we wrap up the 2025-2026 school year, we want to take a moment to celebrate our incredible students, teachers, staff, administrators, bus drivers, paras, custodians, cafeteria teams, and every single person who helped make this year so special.

To our students — we are so proud of all you’ve accomplished this year. From learning new things, growing friendships, overcoming challenges, competing, performing, creating, and simply showing up each day ready to try your best… YOU made this year memorable. We hope your summer is filled with fun, laughter, adventure, and time to recharge!

To our amazing staff — thank you for the heart, patience, dedication, and love you pour into our schools every single day. Your impact reaches far beyond the classroom, and our students and community are better because of you.

And to our families and community — thank you for supporting our schools, students, and PTO throughout the year. We truly could not do it without you.

Here’s a little peek at some of the fun from last week’s “Back to the 90s” Staff Appreciation Week! 🎶📼💿

From snacks and surprises to trivia, treats, giveaways, and tons of laughs, we loved getting the chance to celebrate the incredible staff of USD 357. Our teachers, paras, office staff, transportation team, maintenance crew, administration, food staff and support staff do so much for our students and community every single day, and we hope this week helped show just how appreciated they truly are. 💛🤎

Thank you for your dedication, your patience, your hearts, and the countless ways you pour into our kids. Belle Plaine is lucky to have such an amazing group of staff members making a difference every day.

Orders are now closed! We wanted to provide a quick update that there has been a slight delay in getting the shirts to the schools, as mentioned in our previous post regarding the estimated completion date of 05/10. We are expecting the shirts to arrive today and plan to distribute them to the schools tomorrow for pick up.

Thank you again to everyone who placed an order and helped make this fundraiser such a success while proudly supporting and showcasing our students’ work!
