Welcome! We are a committee with The Hamlet of Beavercreek, formed in 2023 as a modern day take on the original "Welcome Wagon." Yes!

We are here to welcome new residents and businesses who move into Hamlet boundaries. The Hamlet of Beavercreek has a new committee, the Welcome Boosters! Our mission is to reach out to new residents within the Hamlet’s boundary and make them feel welcome. Exactly like the old ‘Welcome Wagon’ but with a modern update! The Hamlet of Beavercreek is a nonpartisan, volunteer-run organization formed in

2006 that aims to enhance the livability, sustainability, and functioning of our community, and to direct community planning to preserve the rural character of our area. It is NOT a private organization. You are automatically a member if you own property, own a business or reside within the Hamlet’s boundary. We are reaching out to new residents with a ‘Welcome’ packet. That packet includes
✔ information about the Clackamas County & the Beavercreek area
✔ a map of the Hamlet of Beavercreek
✔ local emergency information, i.e., fire evacuation, etc.
✔ a packet of flower or vegetable seeds
✔ vouchers from local businesses

There are more than 1100 businesses in the Hamlet boundary. It would be fantastic to have you included in this endeavor. Some of our current business sponsors are Trail Distilling, Hair by Jeneane, Simply Paisley, Albeke Farms, Complete Health Chiropractic Center, and Clackamas Soil & Water Conservation District. Dear friends,

A gentle sprinkle of reality has led us to make the bittersweet decision to POSTPONE our Sips & Sprinkles extravaganza, previously scheduled for next week.
Although our hearts were delighted by the interest, we didn't quite have the turnout we needed to make it a truly special evening.

Fear not, dear friends! We're already conjuring up new dates and plans. Your suggestions are always welcome - our suggestion box is perpetually open!

Today is all about honoring the incredible legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and the work he did to bring people together, fight for equality, and inspire change. His message of love, justice, and unity still rings true, and it’s a great reminder for all of us to do what we can to make the world a better place.
