For those who were affected natural disasters such as flooding, and by the recent explosion at Valero in Port Arthur, in March.

It's come to our attention that out of town people allegedly are coming in to "offer help." Please DO NOT hand anybody some money that is promising to help you. People out here have been scammed before by outsiders like this, don't fall victim to the "smoke." (as they call it).
I know that Attorney Brent C**n - has helped many during thru such disasters, and actually immediately moved into action filing the lawsuit against Valero to ensure evidence was not swept away during clean up. There are also environmental groups here that you can connect with and get involved with as well.
We don't need someone speaking FOR us, we need to use our voices on what affects OUR community.
We specifically do not need anyone that causes chaos and division within the Golden Triangle, while also robbing us of our money.

I'm pretty sure my parents have photos of me and my sister and cousin sitting on top of the van watching Godzilla movies. 🦖🍿 those 🦟 were something else though at times. 😂
