I just checked and Found NO Brendan Hardy on as a registered S*x offender.
A tip came in this evening that somehow- allegedly his lawyer was able to hold off on the probation, listing as a s*x offender , etc while he prepares an appeal...

orgional sentencing was 8 years for each charge- but bc hes never been in trouble the jury allegedly decided probation was ok for a s*x offender.

Stay tuned, because we are going to be discussing this case, and whats going on with it as we speak, or whats not going on with it actually. He is still walking the streets, working, not even sure if he has to report as a s&x offender since his lawyer is appealing the case, after allegedly dragging it out for years on purpose.

Im sorry, but when you allegedly lie, to keep children from the other parent, when you are an abuser , when you hide behind a title, and you friends and fam cover for you, you're no inspiration to the community. In fact you are a liability. If in fact you did lie, don't think for a second that will go unseen.
Youre being exposed, along with the ones who covered for you. And shame on anybody trying to do damage control with some weak A$$ postings.

Third arrest in homecoming party shooting

A third suspect is jailed in connection with a homecoming party shooting in Beaumont. 19-year-old Ja'Kaden Walker was arrested Monday, Oct 12 for his alleged involvement in the Oct 3 shooting in the 800 block of Center Street. A male and female, both were struck by gunfire and hospitalized.

18-year-old Brandon Graham and 17-year-old Dominick Graham are jailed under $800,000 bonds. All three are charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Police are searching for a possible fourth suspect. Anyone with information on the shooting is asked to call Crime Stoppers of Southeast Texas at 409-833-TIPS. ( 8477 ).
