🎉🎶 JANETTE IS GOING TO SEE KENNY CHESNEY! 🎶🌴

SURPRISE! Please help us congratulate Janette DeVan of Beaufort Middle School, the GRAND PRIZE WINNER of our 2026 Employee Giving Campaign! 🥳

Janette is headed to see Kenny Chesney and Sheryl Crow on May 1, 2027, with TWO concert tickets valued at $800!

💙 A HUGE thank you to Frank Door Company, not only for donating this incredible prize but for DOUBLE MATCHING every employee contribution! Thanks to their generosity, every $1 our employees give becomes $3 invested in our public schools!

And to EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE who participated in this year's campaign — THANK YOU! From our classrooms to our cafeterias, buses to our front offices, you show up for our students every day, and then you choose to give even more.

Because of you, this campaign was a tremendous success, and the impact will reach across all 18 of our public schools!

When those who give so much choose to give a little more, extraordinary things happen 💙

Congratulations, Janette! Enjoy the show! 🎸

Innovation in our classrooms - supporting teachers and engaging kids - its what we love to do!

Mrs. Vorster and the AIG students of MCMS would like to thank the Carteret Education Foundation for the donation of a robotic arm! The programmable robotic arm will help to foster creativity and innovation as teams of students collaborate to assemble and then code the robotic arm to complete designated tasks. The robotic arm will allow students to explore topics relating to engineering, project construction, robotic automation, bionic robots, and coding. Thank you Carteret Education Foundation for providing this learning experience for our students!

We are incredibly grateful to Shibumi for generously donating this amazing prize and helping us celebrate the employees who give back to our schools.

And an equally big thank you to Frank Door Company, whose support is making every employee gift go even further by doubling contributions during the campaign.

Our Employee Giving Campaign runs through the end of this week, so there is still time for Carteret County Public Schools employees to enroll or re-enroll and be part of it. BIG drawing next week for Kenny Chesney concert tickets open to all enrollees! 💙
